    <description>&lt;P&gt;The usual rule with insurance is that once there's been a payout, the lost or stolen item belongs to the insurance provider.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would certainly be blacklisted anyway so wouldn't be of use to anyone else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
