&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Assuming you've bought your phone "direct" i.e. over the internet or phone, then you have standard 14days distance-selling-regulations to return any purchase. An EE mobile phone is no different. You can read EE's policy &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/orders-and-delivery/return-and-refunds/how-to-return-a-product-bought-within-the-last-14-days" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've bought your phone in a retail shop, then no you can't return it unless the shop explicitly agrees or the phone is faulty.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Although - what apps are you trying to use, on what phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
