A few questions about adding a ps4 to my plan

I first tried placing an order for my phone online, but couldn't follow through because I'd need a photo Id to receive it at the door. I ended up having to go into branch to get my current phone.

Does anyone know if this would be the same if I was to add a ps4, if I'd need some photo id to receive it?

@Mockingburns Yes you will. Anyone at your address who has photo can take delivery of this.

do you know if its possible to add it to my plan once stores reopen, or is
it something i would have to do online? getting photo id would be more of a
pain then its worth

Hello @Mockingburns.

You will also be required to show a photo ID in our store.

@Chris_B is right, anyone at your address who has valid photo ID can sign for the delivery.
