Hi thanks for the reply but I've just spoken to ee and to use the 4g side
of the watch you have to purchase an ee watch plan from them at about £7
a month if you buy the watch from elsewhere or £20 a month if you get the
watch from them otherwise your better of saving yourself about £70 and
getting the bluetooth version and it wont cost you any extra you just need
to be in a reasonable distance (meters not miles haha) from your phone to
use it

Hi this has probably been asked several times so I apologise in advance my wife has bought me the new Samsung 4g lte 46mm watch from argos because it says you can leave your phone at home (which I'm always doing) and still receive and send calls tx etc but my question is do I need another plan for this to work or can it be linked to my existing plan at no extra cost .I've looked at threads relating to this but there over a year old and most people have bought the watch with a plan already from ee .if I do need an extra plan for this to work remotely what extra price am I looking at please many thanks.

I believe I am correct in saying that it will link into your existing EE plan using eSIM.

See this article:

https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/getting-started-and-upgrading/using-your-phone-features/what-samsung-devices-are-compatible-with-the-samsung-galaxy-watch-4g
