Mobiwire pictor bluetooth

Hi - i have a Mobiwire Pictor phone and i am trying to send a photo to my laptop via bluetooth. The phone is paired with the laptop.

I select a photo and send via bluetooth but i get the message 'Unfinished' and the photo is not sent.

any help ?

Thank you for your interest.

I have tried several photos - i get the same 'Unfinished' message with all of them,

when i press send i get the message 'Sent(1/1) 0%' the after about 10 seconds i get the

unfinished message and the photo is not transferred to my laptop.

the size of each photo is about 250K

Is the 'unfinished' message coming up on the phone or the PC? Are you able to send pictures vie Bluetooth to other devices?

Hi,

The message is coming up on the phone after about 10 seconds of sending -

there is a large yellow circle with a white cross in the centre with the word 'Unfinished'

underneath.

the only other bluetooth device i have is audio

according to both the phone and the laptop each is paired with each other, the laptop is paired with 'pictor' and the phone is paired with 'Toshiba' which is the make of the laptop.

one other piece of information, when i right click on 'pictor' on the laptop - and then

choose properties - the Status is given as 'Not Connected'

Could you try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth connection please, @unclebirt?

Yes, i have already done that several times to no effect.

Also one other point with the laptop switched off - thus there is no receiver of the

bluetooth signal the sequence is the same.

It looks as though the laptop is not receiving the signal from the phone - however both

are paired with each other.

Unfortunately i don't have any other bluetooth devices except for the audio.

The phone does not allow the images to be transferred by cable - as soon as i connect the cable between the phone and the laptop - the laptop says it is recharging, it does not give any option to transfer files.

It could also be a problem or a compatibility issue with the laptop , @unclebirt.

Have you tried soft resetting your Pictor phone?

Do you have a memory card in it?
