    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered a samsung active 2 to be added onto my contract last week, but after the initial confirmation email i have received no updates. It stated dispatch was normally 1 day, but im unable to track it using the number provided. With no contact number for non emergency or online support chat, it is highly frustrating. Where can i get an update?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi James,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was in stock. I've just spoken with the digital sales team and this is apparently an&amp;nbsp;issue with so many orders going through recently. They processed it for me over the phone and should be with me tomorrow&lt;/P&gt;</description>
