wonder if anyone can help? got an active 2 watch lte. Not able to send or receive texts in standalone mode. Calls and Internet are working fine, please advise

Had watch just over a week and text messages haven't worked in standalone mode but Internet and calls work fine

Could you try both sending a brand new message and replying to one that you've already received?

Hi Christopher both times it came up trying to connect to phone remotely and if this takes too long try again so I waited and then tried again but nothing on both tries for both new message and replying to a received message many thanks Jon
