Smart Watch use on Go Further plan.

I have the go further package. Will my LTE Samsung Galaxy watch work with my go further package, in the countries listed: USA, CANADA, MEXICO, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND? thanks.

unfortunately you can only use your watch within the U.K.

Hi David, thanks for getting back to me!

I am still a little confused as to why it won't work outside of the UK. Are you able to state why?

I have contacted Samsung Australia, they have told me that as long as I am using either a Telstra, Optus or Vodafone network then I will be able to use the LTE/4g on my Samsung Galaxy Watch. Whilst in Australia EE uses either Telstra or Optus networks. Which have worked perfectly fine with my Note 9 that I have linked to an EE contract that has the Go Further package on. Hopefully you can understand my confusion! Thanks

Hi @HappyChappyy

Roaming doesn't form any part of the Samsung Watch plan. Meaning the 4G aspect will only work when you're in the UK.

You can still use most of its features through Bluetooth when roaming abroad.
