Recharge Codes

I have a Nokia 635 which is no longer supported by Microsoft. I have been given a recharge code to use on 150. It's not working. Does anyone know how I can get it to work?

Do you mean a top up voucher?

To top up by voucher:

text 150 with VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number

e.g VO 1234567891234567
call 150 from your EE phone and follow the instructions
