I'll need to go through the contract I signed to make sure. It was, I'm almost certain, explained to me that it would be included as part of my regular payments, as it wasn't something I needed long term (our house wifi was down, and I was looking for a temporary fix).

I haven't even used it for months, so I'm definitely paying for something I don't need.

I've received an extra charge on my bill - 07944 8xxxx0 - 4GEE WiFi 24m 10GB £15 Any idea why? Thank you.

I THINK it might be for an optional add on (free wifi box) which I was told was added free of charge... .it looks as if I've been charged for this multiple times. My own fault for not checking my bill carefully, but I rely on it to be accurate - I should be paying around £30pm, but it's been consistently over £40.

Thank you Alex. This was in store (Coventry city centre) and I remember accepting it as I was told that it would be within my existing deal with no extra charge.

In a way this is my own fault for not checking my bill, but this is the definition of a waste of money for me as I never use it.

Thank you.
