Hi folks,

I have an EE pay-monthly account and a Galaxy S20 Ultra. I also purchased the Galaxy watch 4G (from EE.) When I initially set it up, it connected to the EE network no problem and allowed me to make calls.
Since then I have ported my old number from my previous provider to EE.

Now, my watch won't connect to the EE network and when I try to set it up again, the Galaxy Wearable app is trying to get me to buy a new plan for the watch (although it returns error 207 when I go through the motions.)

How do I configure the watch to work with my EE account again?

Iain

Hi @Tebo2k.

Welcome to the community.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to manually associate the watch with the correct number.
