Hi

I have had an apple watch plan, and a phone plan, with EE. On my Watch Mobile Data settings it says Plan EE, Status No Connection

My watch is successfully paired with my phone and works fine in proximity to my phone, including accepting calls (set up for WiFiCall)

As far as I am aware I have never had any connectivity through the watch itself unless in proximity to my iphone.

On the phone under Settings-About, Network reports "Not available"

I have updated my watch settings to latest version. I am unable to update settings on the watch "Unable to check for update, an error occurred"

I have tried to access the support forums here (links from other queries on the matter) and I am blocked - I "do not have sufficient privileges" to view the pages.

In all other respects my phone and watch are working 100% fine.

I cannot call 150 to discuss with technical support as I am not a key worker, and the call is automatically terminated by EE

There are no longer any online chat options. I am left with the option to write in, which seems inappropriate

It is not urgent, but if I cannot use the mobile data I would like to not pay for it. Please can someone contact me to either fix the issue or provide details of the credit on my account

Thanks
