Cancel Apple Watch Contract

I have an iPhone and apple watch contract with EE.

How do I cancel my apple watch plan? I pay £7 extra a month for this but I don't use it. I have seen that there is a number to call but I'm hard of hearing and there is no email address to contact which is frustrating especially as live chats aren't available.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term.

You may write to them giving your notice of cancellation at:

EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom

Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.

Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.
