Not renewing a contract

I’ve been ringing EE since the beginning of April trying to tell them I do not want to renew the contract on my Apple Watch as I haven’t used it for months but unfortunately with everything going on I can’t get through now it’s less than 30 days till my contract ends

does anyone know how and if I can do this online

This can't be done online you need to persist and be patient on ringing them.
