I have sim only deal on my phone but it’s turn off and won’t turn back on and don’t no y

can I cancel my sim only deal?

i have an iPad that is due and upgrade.

I wasn’t going to upgrade it but if I can and get a phone instead I will can anyone help?

How long have you had the sim only deal for?

After 6 months you can upgrade to a phone contract.

Oh really I didn’t know that I have had it since aug/sep

Then you'll be able to upgrade to a phone contract. Should also be £20 off the upfront fee as well I believe but don't quote me on that.
