I wanted buy Samsung ear buds plus on pay monthly But it's saying I can't cause I need to be in my 1st 17 months of my contract. I have been with EE for a year.

How many months you have left? I believe you need to have at least 11 months left on your contract.

I am just on a pay monthly as I paid for my phone outright, so I switched over in store just under a year back to keep my phone. All I wanna be able to do is get the Buds. My bill payment is never late or anything like that,

@Brownie1988_mb , I would suggest you speak to customer service , but you need to have been with EE for 17 months before you can have add on, but customer service are the ones, who should be able to let you know and help.
