Hi, quick question I see on the web there is an web upgrade for unlimited data at cost of £27 if I was to upgrade would my Loyalty bonus come of the price it says loyalty bonus can not be removed so therefore would bring the price down to £20 hope that makes sense

@exmick If that tariff is on offer then then unfortunately you can only have one discount applied to your account. Also is that sim only via upgrading from your account as you might find its only available if it’s not an upgrade but a new connection.

Hi Chris. Thanks for your reply it is simm only and its an upgrade I thought I could my loyality bonus would be added as it says can not be romoved in my add ons never mind

If you upgrade to a promotional plan, then once this has been accepted any other discounts would be removed from your My EE account.

If you have a chat with our Mobile Care team, they can check what upgrade options are available for you 🙂
