I pre ordered the samsung s21 which came with the gaming bundle. I've had the text,installed xbox app and when I try and access the xbox pass it wants me to sign up and pay for it. What am I doing wrong

Hi@. How long does it take to get a gaming pass/text code once you have signed up with EE. My sim has come and is working but I've still not got a code ???
