      <title>Samsung s20 5g</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since upgrading my p30 to an s20 5g I have never had a decent signal and oftem find I can't even browse the Internet or use social media apps due to no connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lady next door has the same phone and same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went into the ee shop last weekend in stockport Town centre and explained my issue to a member of staff. She showed me her phone which had full signal 5g whereas I had 4g but no bars or Internet connection. This phone is not fit for purpose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I make an official complaint?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
