      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to upgrade my sim last night, I did get an email to say thanks gor the order but now I have another email to ring customer services with an xko number as they need more info to proceed with the order but for the life of me I can't get through to customer services, just constantly on hold. Any ideas? Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
