Today I rang EE about a technical issue since my latest android update. Spoke with Kate of the Newcastle team and she was both extremely patient and helpful. Kate was a very bubbly friendly agent who is an asset to the EE team! Much kudos sent your way Kate. Thanks for handling my situation and making the process so easy and stress free! Sorry that during the reset I lost the feedback text message link so here I am hoping this reaches those who need to know in order to give you the recognition you deserve. Thanks again.
