I recently moved from BT to EE for SIM only deal and ported my number but when I send a message to someone the EE mobile number appears as the sender and confuses everybody?

Yes I've turned off/on since receiving the "number transferred" confirmation.

What type of phone are you using?

Yes my number displays correctly to folk I ring.

I have a Motorola Android phone.

Hi @Christaite,

Do you have Google Chat turned on in your messaging app settings? If you do, does turning it off resolve the issue?
