Smart Benefit BT Sport

Sorry if this has been asked.... I purchased a Pixel 6 yesterday with a smart benefit it added about £6 to the monthly cost. I asked specifically if I could use BT Sport directly on my smart TV or would I have to cast it to the TV. I was told it could be used directly on the TV with an app. I'm now reading that this could cost an extra fee ... £5 to do so classed as an extra device? Does anyone have experience please.... many thanks.

@Billy1958 The smart benefit is only for watching on your device if you want to cast to your TV or if you have an app that you can use on your TV then you need the large screen add-on at extra cost to yourself.

Thanks Chris, that was a waste then especially as I now have to change my contract to take it off
