Trying to get through to someone in regards to unlocking my old phone that I have handed down to my sister but can't get through can anyone help?

Where did you yourself get this device itself originally? Did you buy it yourself new direct from EE or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process & costs are different. Was it originally on contract or PAYG? How old is it? EE won't unlock contract devices less than 6 months old.

This is my old contract phone I have given to my sister I upgraded and gave my old one to her but I need to unlock it as she is on a different network the phone is over 2years old

I tried phoning earlier today to try and sort it but couldn't get through to anyone was hoping there was a way online if not ill try phoning them again tomorrow
