I have brought the Moto G9 Plus

I want to enable the wifi calling but I cannot seem to find this feature can some one help please.

@Harrist81 WiFi calling is only available to contract customers so if your on PAYG it’s not possible.

I am on a contract, also with a G9 plus. Wifi calling is enabled but never works. EE can't seem to give a definitive answer but net result is I live in greater London but cannot use this phone indoors as there is no signal, only outdoors. Second phone I have had with this problem and need EE to address it.

@SandraC27 It could simply be your router blocking this, have you tested this when connected to a different router ?
