    <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having the exact same issue with all 3 chargers bought from EE. Keeps saying error moisture in plug? How can this be with 3 different chargers? And as usual, when you need EE chat, it's not available! Im fed up of paying nearly £20 per charger now, for this to happen every few weeks! I have the samsung s21!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/809172"&gt;@Derekr65&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you tried cleaning out the charging port ? &amp;nbsp;Turn the device off and very carefully clean out the port with a pin. &amp;nbsp;Dust and fluff can build up in it causing issues with charging. &amp;nbsp; If this doesn’t resolve your issue you need to call customer services and you need to be patient when calling as customer service is extremely busy due to the current situation and if your device is out of warranty then you need to pay for the repair yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
