Samsung Flip Z3 very very slow

My new Flip Z3 is ridiculously slow. I've had it since Saturday. When it opens any apps, they often don't open at all. Loading content takes an age. I still have my S20 and an running them side by side, S20 running fine, loading all apps, Internet content etc. Flip doing nothing.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled apps. Last night I did a Factory reset. No difference. I like the phone but in this state it is unusable!

It sounds like you've already tried most of the steps we'd recommend here in the community. I'd recommend having a chat with our technical support team so they can run through a diagnostic session with you.
