Wrong name showing in My ee app

I've just loaded the My ee app on my phone. I entered my email and password. It's showing, at the top of my account page, the account is in my nephew's name! He is in no way connected to this phone and heaven alone knows where it's got his name from! I've taken a screen shot and deleted the app. Has anyone else had this random (and slightly worrying) glitch?

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible so they can check the setup of your My EE Account and see why it was showing this incorrect information.
