Samsung s20

I have stopped receiving text messages from individuals (friends /family). This started 3 days ago. I have received texts from NHS, Tesco, Bank etc but nothing else. I have cleared message cache and data, removed and replaced SIM card and restarted phone allot no avail.

Any help please.

Does it happen within one area or multiple areas?

Hi Katie,

Yes I can call these numbers and I can send them text messages (which they receive) but I am not receiving any replies or new texts.

It happens in multiple locations.

Have you checked your blocked numbers in your message settings?

There is an option here to block messages.
