Microphone and speakers not working at all right across the phone.

On my Motorola g9 plus the speakers and microphone have stopped working. Bluetooth off, not sharing, do not disturb off, all volumes at max, but zero sound and zero input when speaking and no calls are ringing not even touch pad sounds are working and hey Google does not work, no microphone. Phone is less than a year old, about 4 months old (gift 2 months ago) and not been dropped or damaged

Forgot to mention I have factory reset and gone through all troubleshooting, but I don't have access to a pc to reflash phone

@Snotrag You have 2 choices, call customer services to report this so you can start a warranty claim or contract Motorola directly yourself to start a warranty claim.
