Hi my name is katharine

I have a Samsung s20 and for the past few days no ear phone will work. I plug it in to the port and sound comes from the phone and not through the ear phones. I've tried everything including looking inside the port which looks fine. Any ideas please.

Hi @Kaz391

Are you using USB-C headphones or a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter?

The USB-C AKG headphones they used to give away are really poor and break easy. I suggest getting some Bluetooth ones.

Thanks
