I was told that I would receive details on how to claim them when the phone was delivered to me but I can't see anything that directs me on how to claim either?

How long ago did you receive the phone? You should receive a text message from EE 14 days after with information on how to claim.

I have had the phone for 14 days now and haven't had anything for claiming the pack or xbox game pass ultimate any help on this would be appreciated @Christopher_G
