Unlocking Samsung S7

I have my lately departed wife's Samsung S7 that I think is locked to Vodafone and I want to unlock it so I can use it on EE. Never unlocked a phone before so not sure what I need to do it

@ianheptinstall5 if it is locked to Vodafone then you need to ask Vodafone to unlock it, EE can not help with this.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss.

Have you tried your SIM in the phone do check if it is locked? If it is, you'll just need to contact Vodafone to arrange an unlock.
