The unlocking process &amp;amp; costs are different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm having trouble unlocking my ee payg phone.&amp;nbsp; It comes up with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;For security reasons, you're temporarily unable to unlock your device. Please try again in a little while.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please help me?&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was new from Argos (who often have ee stores inside their stores).&amp;nbsp; The phone is a Samsung Galaxy A12.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To unlock a device that has not been bought direct you will need to contact our unlocking team by calling 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot use the online unlocking form for EE devices not bought directly from EE as they have no record of it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To unlock an EE device not bought directly from EE&amp;nbsp;you need to call Customer Services on&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;+44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4)&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to put you in touch with the Unlocking Team to request an Unlock Code. You will be asked for your email addy. They will&amp;nbsp;take payment (of £8.99) from any&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;valid UK bank card&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the process has been started you will receive an email from the Unlocking Team to process the unlock.&amp;nbsp;It can take up to 10 days to complete the unlock.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
