Battery life

I received the s21 yesterday after having the s7 for 4 years. I'm finding the battery life is draining really fast. Is this normal? I've but it on medium power saving mode and dark mode also to help with my migraines. Has anyone got any tips please?

How long would you say your battery is lasting? I've found this Samsung help page with 11 tips on how to extend the battery life.

@Tee193 Your device is also doing a few things in the background setting a few things up for you. This can take a few hours to a couple of days. You need to give it a few days to settle.
