      <title>Can’t get through to customer services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I’ve tried 4 times to reach customer services the last 3 days to report my mobile being broken and in need of repair via the insurance I hold. I’ve been on hold for 30 mins each time and despite learning the lyrics to the repeat music, have not been able to get an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are there any other ways I can email or get through as this is incredibly frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>
