    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Totally frustrating&amp;nbsp;process ,,,*** I have been a customer of EE for six years and have&amp;nbsp; been trying&amp;nbsp;to contact EE to get my phone unlocked for 5 months. I have used this phone on the current contract for 18 months. I now want to give the phone to my&amp;nbsp; daughter who is on another network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called up and tried the suggested method 4 times over the course of the 5 months allowing for the 10 days each time. I did not get any email, text or call with any form of acknowledgement or update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time I wait about 30mins on hold and each time the person on the line promises to send an e-mail. But no contact has been received on each occasion. What is going on EE?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the suggested method you have been using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where did you &lt;STRONG&gt;yourself&lt;/STRONG&gt; get this device itself &lt;STRONG&gt;originally&lt;/STRONG&gt;? &lt;STRONG&gt;Did you buy it yourself new &lt;U&gt;direct from EE&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; or from a 3rd-party reseller or is it 2nd-hand? The unlocking process &amp;amp; costs are different. Was it originally on contract or PAYG? How old is it? EE won't unlock contract devices less than 6 months old.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
