      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;i have a device that was my previous contract. I tried to get it unlocked for my son to use but was told device is blacklisted how can that be possible when there is nothing owed on it?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
