i ordered a samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 7 days ago and was told on the phone that I will take 7day before I receive the new phone. It's been 7 days and I haven't received anything. I got and order confirmation email and a track order email on the day of purchase but the track staus hasn't changed. Its been 7 day and haven't heard anything

Our delivery partner DPD will contact you by text by 8pm the day before delivery to let you know to expect your order the following day.

Yes it will be two weeks for me tomorrow, its getting a little frustrating and also read people have already got there's and they ordered after me.

I ordered on the 20th September and said usually dispatched within 7 days. It now says will deliver when you receive stock.
