Fold 3 lack of security updates

Well I was one of the fortunate people to get my fold 3 on the release date, the one thing that is concerning me, is the lack of updates. It is currently running July security update and we are nearly in October. I don't know who's fault it is but it is pretty poor for a flagship device. Anybody else feel a bit disappointed in samsung?

You'll receive a notification on your phone when the manufacturer makes any new software or security updates available for your device.

That not my point , I have had Android phones for over 10 years what you are missing is Google publish what has been fixed or patched, which means phones that haven't been patched are at a security risk as the security issues are public knowledge and can be exploited, see this has an example

So don't tell me to wait, security should be taken seriously not just wait for a notification
