S21 order

Hello,

I ordered a S21 5G via online chat. I made a change to my original order to one that was showing in stock and was confirmned to be in stock by the agent.

I was told it would be dispatched the next day but when I have checked my tracking it says ‘awaiting confirmation’ for delivery date and has ‘your back order is confirmed’

Does this mean I am going to have a longer wait?

Thanks. I had read it.

thing is I specifically asked and had confirmation that the phone was in stock and was told it would be dispatched today which is why I am now wondering why it’s showing as a back order.
