Photo id for phone delivery by dpd to shop

Hi i ordered a phone and re arranged for to be delivered to a shop instead of my address. Will I need photo id for the address I originally planned for it to be delivered to or will I need it for the billing address. The phone is in my mums name and lives at a different address to me.

If my mum needs the id she has no photo id is there any other id she can use thankyou

If your phone is being delivered to the store, ideally it would need to be your mum collecting with her ID, it should be the person who owns the account collecting the handset from a store.

If your surname is the same, the store may make an exception however, please contact your local store to check 🙂
