&lt;P&gt;If your phone was sent back, once processed you will be reimbursed any costs incurred which were charged, less any usage costs (tariff).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For more specific information about your account you will need to speak to EE CS die on 150.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been charged for a phone I never received due to working away however they’ve still billed my account even tho it was sent back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
