Who is the supplier to we for the fold 3 do they come from Samsung directly? Might be a silly question. Also is there any update on stock levels for the 256gb phantom black

Exactly ee must know wether it's a problem getting them from Samsung or through customs. Just an update be nice

Ordering directly from Samsung at the moment is around a 14 day wait.

Not a clue but just chiming in as I ordered directly with Samsung yesterday and ETA is the 24th. EE may be completely different but just an idea that the Fold has sold far better than anyone expected.

So I talked to EE yesterday who said they have a load of phones on route to them but there's been a delay and they will know the beginning of next week when they will be in. So either they will have them beginning of next week or at least be able to give an update.

Exactly 2 weeks I've been waiting on my black 256gb and I know some providers like Vodafone have been told their stock is 4 - 6 weeks before they will arrive to them so EE seems to be the only one getting anything at the moment.

I'd assume stock comes straight from Samsungs own distributor buy I don't know so can't really comment on that.

Google fold 3 delays, we all are suffering. Personally I have pre-ordered on the first day - 17th of August...

I ordered mine on the 28th and got my delivery notification today so my fold 3 is coming tomorrow

If this is the case I think there will be many phone calls to EE tomorrow. I don’t understand how people that have early august are getting no confirmation while some people who have ordered after release date are receiving emails saying it’s been dispatched…. Seems to be a serious inconsistency and lack of communication going on with EE

Everyone I know who pre ordered their fold 3 have all received theirs a while ago.

My mate who ordered his a couple days before me had his last week.

Anyone who preordered theirs and hasn't got it must have had an issue and it didn't go through because I think all preorders have been filled now.

Mine is definetly here tomorrow and I ordered on the 28th.

@Scottywelsh16 zero communication, no updates. I understand when company has logistics issues, but when people who ordered weeks after me are getting it delivered. It just so annoying and frustrating...

Your order must not have gone through or there's an issue with it because im sure the preorderes are all done.

To be fair over the 2 weeks I waited I received an email every Monday saying my order was on track.
