Afternoon,

Has anyone had any information on the fold 3 delivery date/details I know release date is 27th, had no other information part from that.

Hi @HeatonD57

As of this moment, the website still says to expect delivery on launch day for new pre-orders.

DPD will be in touch with you when your phone is ready to be delivered.

Is that delivery on the release date of 27th? As I always have issues with DPD in my area.

Yes, launch date is Friday 27th, @HeatonD57.

Yes, the information we have at the moment is that they should be delivered on launch date (27th August).

TechRadar are reporting some who pre-ordered are reporting having received their pre-orders ovrr thecwrkend (5/6 days earlier) not sure whether these are those who pre-ordered direct from Samsung or ones who pre-orfered from their Network provider? Any EE pre-orderers received theirs?

Shocked to hear of anyone having any issues with DPD by far the best couriers in my opinion,Now if it was Hermes i would be concerned….

i have also preordered and is still saying on my order delivery date to be confirmed, Some people have been receiving them a week early…Im assuming the release date is still 27th with yourselves ???

Hi Howard,

Unfortunately the last three phone I have had delivered with them have been a nightmare, Hermes are the best where I am as goes to a local courier and never any issues.

Yes I hear that phones should arrive on the 27th on release day, yeah seen people get them early but not sure if bought out right from Samsung themselves.

I think it's just from Samsung themselves, am waiting mine from EE it's been confirmed but no delivery information as of yet.

Some people on o2 got there's early,I'm the opposite hermes is a nightmare for me clearly it must be the areas

Fingers crossed we might get ours early than 🤞 can't see it like but never know, just want to details to change so at least we know what day its coming 😂

had email today from ee stating still awaiting stock update from samsung and we will be informed of delivery asap

I purchased the pre order as it stated i will get day of release , Im already upset that multiple carriers are sending out there phones a week early and ee are not but to not get on release day would be a joke

any update on this as of yet

they have been like that for my previous pre orders no info whats so ever, neverhad a release day phone from them, the s10 was pre ordererd and on release day i called them to find out that it would be another month at least b4 i got the phone, so i cancelled and got the note 10 later that year. im hoping i dont get messed around again....

I really hope not I will be so **bleep** !!! 😤 when ordering the salesperson promised it would be release day hence why I followed through with the purchase ......

Had a chat with a helpful guy yesterday, will hear untill Thursday about a delivery time as they don't give them DPD untill than, yeah I also been told that should get it on release day but will see what happens with that.

The silver is delayed for some reason he didn't say why..

I went for the green aswell, was going silver untill looked up the colours and liked the green better.
