Where I can get PIN 2?

I try change setting to call's (fixed cals) But phone ask me for PIN 2.

I found on internet, that default PIN 2 is 1111 but, when I try is say wrong PIN 2 you have 2 more try.

So, where can I get PIN 2?

You will need to phone EE CS on 150 for that code.
