I have this problem aswell as google services dont work on mine, i have to use aptoide or apk pure and they arent very good either as all the apps i try to install says they need google services to work

Do you have a Huawei phone too? Could you try backing up your phone and restoring it to factory settings?

I'd recommend dropping a post on the Huawei community, they have some fantastic device experts who may be able to give you some advice about this.
