i ahve been trying to get an old EE wifi dongle unlocked, EE eventually told me they dont unlock them, I bought the dongle new from EE several years ago and closeed my contract last year asking for it to be unlocked. IK am now stuck with an EE Dongle which i cant use on Virgin.

@joshtheskipper If EE say they don’t unlock them then they don’t unlock them. Try calling again and see what someone else says

If it's the old type EE MiFi Devices made by Alcatel then you can buy unlock Codes off eBay for around 99p per Code.

Had tried for weeks before eventually got told they don’t do it now taken other advice spent 99p and got it unlocked. But shame on EE and possibly illegal
