The unlocking process &amp; costs are different. Was it originally on contract or PAYG? How old is it? It said power your device and enter a long code and then enter the network lock control key and then enter your unlock code and it should display unlock successfull. However it gave me the long code and unlock code but not the network lock control key and that is what I'm trying to find.
