A52 'tinny' sound playing music/notifications

Hi guys, is anyone else having issues with notifications and other sounds becoming really 'tinny'?!

I see people are having issues with call quality, not sure if it's the same thing as I have only noticed this when receiving alerts or playing music.....restarting sometimes cures it but only for a short time. Handset is only a couple of months old!

Does the music and notifications sound the same if you have headphones in?

Sorry its taken so long to get back to you. Seems the problem has gone from intermittent to continuous now.

I have tried the advice in the article a few times with no improvement.

The sound is the same with headphones in and is affecting the call quality too. Is this something that would be covered under manufacturers warranty?
