Hi guys, is anyone else having issues with notifications and other sounds becoming really 'tinny'?!

I see people are having issues with call quality, not sure if it's the same thing as I have only noticed this when receiving alerts or playing music.....restarting sometimes cures it but only for a short time. Handset is only a couple of months old!

Morning @Rolltome

Thanks for coming to the community.

Does the music and notifications sound the same if you have headphones in?

Have you tried the advice in the Samsung support article?

Thanks 🙂

Hi @Rolltome

As this hasn't improved I would suggest having a chat with our tech gurus, so they can look into it with you.

Thanks
